You have finished a scientific study and you want to share your reference list? You just fell across an interesting article that might be interesting for other members of SWIP? Good idea! 

Nontheless, there are some Rules for Contributors to the Reference Database you should follow:

1) For single additions you just came across:

ISBN:
Journal: Name of the Journal / Vol. / No.
Author: (Note! Editor is not needed. Edition-data are completed via ISBN!)
Title:
pp.:

Keywords:

2) For reference lists / bibliographies:

Just send over the bibliography, we will add over the time.

However, if you want to help us, you could also send us an exported file of your personal Citavi-database (if there is any  ), so we can compare very easily what is already in our database and what is useful to add.
Another way of helping us is to add (if at hand) the ISBN of your references, so we can use the import function of Citavi, that would save a lot of time.
A third possibility is to add some keywords that meet the content.

3) Big additional help

Always good if you add keywords.
Even better if you have abstracts to add.
Best if you do the above and add some important quotations.
