SWIP is created for scientists, practitioners, students and people interested in social work topics, mainly aiming on providing
- a well catagorized database of social work related contributions
- a reference database, presorted by keywords (for members only!)
- an up-to-date event calendar for social work related conferences, summer schools etc.
- a network for individuals, organisations and institutions
- livestreams of selected events (planned in audio and/or video)

As we are trying to gather as much information as we can by ourselves, we are happy about each contribution of our members. If you are willing to contribute, please, note our
forum rules. Members' contributions are bringing up much advantages and enrichment. However, they are also raising some "security" issues, especially regarding copyright et al.
