32nd International Symposium on Social Work with Groups--MONTREAL, CANADA

The Association for the Advancement of Social Work with Groups, Inc. (AASWG), encourages you to join us, June 3-6, 2010 for our 32nd Annual International Symposium in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  This dynamic event draws practitioners, students, and educators from around the globe, creating a collective forum for the exploration of group work practice and education across diverse settings. Based on the theme, “Strengthening Social Solidarity through Group Work: Research and Creative Practices”, the 2010 Symposium hopes to pull together with group workers to ensure that social solidarity remains a strong force in communities.

This year’s Symposium dozens of exhibits, workshops, papers, and poster presentations devoted to contemporary issues in group work.
